Order Processing & Fulfilment

Once your payment is confirmed, your order will enter our warehouse system and await processing. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you are located outside the EU, we invite you to shop through our UK-based store.

International shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order.
